Retreat for the Syro-Malankara Sisters in Italy |
A spiritual Retreat is arranged in Rome for the Reverend Sisters, who are working or studying in Italy. It will take place from Saturday, the March 27th to Wednesday of the Haasa Week (31 March), and at the campus of the Bethany Sisters Convent. The preacher/director will be Rev. Lincoln George Kadooparayil, M.C.B.S. The retreat will be open to all Sisters, including other than those of the Malankara Catholic Church.

Third Commemoration feast of Moran Mor Cyril Basalios cathoicos in Germany

The Syro Malankara Catholic Church in Germany Celebrated the third commemoration feast of His Beatitude Moran Mor Cyril Bassalios Catholicos, the first Major Archbishop Catholicos of the Malankara Catholic Church on 17th January at St.Elizabeth Church Castrop Rauxel, Dortmund.Father Santhosh Thomas , the co -ordinator and Chaplain of the Syro Malankara Catholics in Germany was the main celebrant of the Holy Qurbono.During the Mass Fr.Santhosh thomas gave a homily in rememberence of late Major Archbishop Cyril Basalios Catholicos.After the Mass there was "Doopaprarthana'' and the celebration was ended with snehavirunnu.
It was decided to give the collection of the day to help "Heiti'' Fund in the diocese of Paderbonn. |
